Everything went well at first showed up on time. However they left furniture behind. Broke a table lost the screws to put back my shelf and lost the screw for my lamp. I have never experienced such so poor service for moving. Now I have to drive two hours to pick up the rest of my stuff. Be careful I was so hopeful only to be let down.
Dear Ms. Dawn. We did 2 walk-throughs with you to ensure that everything was brought, in which you approved of. Therefore we are not responsible for items you told us not to bring. We are sincerely about your small end table where the leg came off.
Called the day before Thanksgiving for moving assistance so I understand if availability was slim to none but it took several hours for a return call. Ended up doing all the work myself the first day and a friend helped the 2nd day so I saved money but would have loved to pay someone else to get it done quickly.
Dear Ms. Brenda, we are sorry to hear that we returned your call too late. With it being the holiday, our office was closed down for the earlier part of the day. Therefore there was no one in office to give you an immediate call back.

Since my old move I told myself I was going to hire movers. Moving on you’re own is so tiring and so much work so for this move, I searched around to find movers. After searching, moving 409 was the cheapest and had the Best reviews. I decided to book with them and they were EXCELLENT!! Fast moving and treated my furniture and belongings with care. They wrapped all my furniture and placed my TVs in special boxes. The men were very respectful and ask questions to make sure they are doing their best.
From the first call to Moving 409 to the review at the end of the move, complete professionals. Impressed with their estimate process and their prompt responses. They even have a tracker of the truck to let you know exactly where they are and when to expect them. Pricing was better than expected and highly recommended- 5 star!
The guys at Moving 409 are amazing! They are professional, courteous, communicative & just all around ROCK stars! Would definitely recommend them as well as use them again if needed!! Call them today…you won’t be sorry!!
I was extremely impressed with Moving 409 from start to finish. They responded to my quote request quickly and were able to provide a quote right over the phone. Communication was excellent throughout the process—they confirmed the move five days in advance and even called on the morning of the move to let me know they were still on schedule. The weather was rainy on and off, but the team took great care to protect my belongings by wrapping all furniture in plastic.
