I never leave a bad review but this company is the worst that I have seen. I paid 1200$ to move from Toronto to Calgary, I paid 500$ to move from apartment in calgary to a home and it was about 25 km but these guys for 11km move they charged me 800$. The only thjng we added was a sectional and a tv since we moved from apartment. Russel sold me by saying that his service is 20$ more per hour when compared to VC movers which I was booking initially but the movers were too slow.
This was hands down the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. The movers were rude, threw my boxes around like they were garbage, and even damaged my TV. When I called to complain, they ignored my calls. DO NOT hire them unless you enjoy stress and broken belongings.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Thank you Alison. We are thrilled to hear you had a great experience with our Team of Moving Experts.
A bit of a hiccup to start off but was informed of the issue right away . Once the 3 gentlemen got to my house they went right into action ! I was so impressed from the beginning of the booking speaking with Russel about what I needed and when it was super easy . These guys were so polite curtious and extremely respectful. They got the move done in the time frame I needed without any problems. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs help moving .
Thank you Joanne for taking time leaving this review. Our Team of Moving Experts is happy that everything went smooth during your move.
I used them twice in 12 months, they are reliable and trustworthy. No hidden cost and great customer service.
Thank you Babar for you time sharing your experience!
Very professional call with Russell. He communicated thru out the booking and confirmation. The three young fellows were superb in their jobs through out the move. They worked hard and spoke with respect with us elderly customers. Lots of blankets were used and all furniture wrapped with plastic for protection. Two loads to the new house and worked solid from 9:30am to 7:30pm. I would recommend Russell and his team for anyone that wants a job well done. Thumbs Up!!
Thank you David for you awesome feedback. Much appreciated. Our Team of Moving Experts is happy that everything went smooth during your move.
