DO NOT HIRE.! untrust worthy and just terrible. movers broke multiple items while moving my parents to Tennessee from Illinois.. items broken include an antique table, a chair, and a copy machine. The legs of the table were completely BROKEN off. This table was over 100 years old. Solid wood. Bruno said he would reimburse them for repairs and has ghosted ever since! They also LIED and said that they would pay for a night in the motel if they packed a day early. They refused last minute.
Buyer beware, they had the best quote for an out of state move. They raised the quote twice on us , that should have been a hint, but they were still the lowest. Upon arrival at our destination, Bruno made us aware of a wrecked dresser, he said just get it fixed and I'll cut you a check. After they left we noticed 2 lamps missing that they had put in the cab of they're truck. Tried to contact Bruno three times. No response or call back.
I made arrangements with Louis over the phone for a local move of a few items of furniture about a week ahead of time. I asked for a call to confirm before the date of the move and never heard back. I called these guys everyday for 3-4 days straight with NO RESPONSE and they NEVER SHOWED UP.
Don’t waste your breath talking to these guys. Called and set up a move and they never showed up. I have called at least 6 times and left a message with no response. Luis is the guy I talked to each time I called previous. I would not recommend at all.
If I could give this company an 0, I would. They helped us move out May 29th and were 4 HOURS LATE!!!! Bruno, Luis, and 2 other men were an absolute joke to watch try to figure out that all boxes and furniture with pink tape went on last, …

If you don’t care if your movers show up after confirming 3 times, this is the moving service for you! If you actually need to move, find another mover.

This crew was absolutely amazing. They showed up on time, very professional & Wow, quick! They moved large furniture from one floor to another, moved heavy exercise equipment & appliances from basement to garage & in about an hour. Would have taken us days to accomplish that. Highly recommend these guys to anybody that needs moving assistance. Bruno & his crew were awesome!
They did a wonderful job today! Kyle, Zion and Jody (hope spelling is correct) came to help today and they were great! Super quick for the amount of heavy furniture and Kyle was very knowledgeable and gave me some good tips and advice on how to store stuff. Would definitely use them again in the future! Also Bruno who was my main point of contact was very communicative and I really appreciated that he took the time to stop by to check in and introduce himself.
Bruno and Alex did an amazing job with our move! They were so careful with our belongings and took extra care with everything! They were so friendly and polite! I would absolutely recommend them!
Call the Moving Guys! Conscientious, efficient, trustworthy, safe, and REASONABLE!!! I was initially reserved calling random movers because the familiar names were booked out for weeks and I have had past negative experiences with movers. The Moving Guys fit us in on a Sunday! No extra charge. They took all the stress out of moving and made it fun! They made sure everything was just where I wanted it. I highly recommend the Moving Guys!
