I used this moving company this past February. I can't shake how wrong they did me. The receptionist who booked me was mostly lost and couldn't get my info right. She kept emailing me to the incorrect email address. Also, she failed to tell the movers that I only booked them for 2 hours, so over they went. An hour after the movers left my home, she called and threatened me with charging interest if I didn't pay promptly.
Good morning ma’am, we apologize that your experience was not the best. We have never agreed with sending any team out for only two hours maam as there are many factors that go in to the actual move maam.
Very LOUD and unprofessional. Children should not be present during the move. Children should not be allowed to touch customers belongings. I would not hire or recommend to anyone. Hopefully, this will help you to better your operation.

Bad communication. Requested their services two weeks ago and never heard from them and now they don't have any time to move us after waiting to hear from them for two weeks. Wow the ball was dropped somewhere.

I needed someone to move my grandma's furniture and they never returned my call or my internet inquiry form. I was very disappointed.

These guys were outstanding! In the many moves we’ve made with the military, none of them were as good and as hard working as the Moving Made Easy guys! They were on time, fast working, very friendly but professional, and took very good care of our things. They wrapped everything piece of furniture which military never did. Their prices are also very reasonable. I plan on using them from now on.

This company provided excellent service at a very fair price. Customer service was immediately responsive to my requests and kept me informed as requested to maintain coordination of my somewhat unusual situation. The movers were prompt and did a really nice job of stabilizing the oversize piece of workout equipment. I will definitely reach out to this company in the future for any moving needs and highly recommend anyone who has any sort of "moving" needs to contact these professionals.
Moving Made Easy makes moving the experience you're looking for. I've moved all around the Fayetteville area (5 times to be exact) and I've moved myself every time. Let me tell you I should have called these guys YEARS AGO! I thought stress was just part of the package, especially this time with my pregnant wife sick in the hospital but not with Moving Made Easy! They took care of EVERYTHING! I literally fell asleep on the couch and didn't wake up till they needed to move it 😂! Unloading was just as smooth.

These guys are a true testament to quality customer service professionalism. This is the review to read if you're wondering if this company will make it happen no matter what! THEY WILL!!! A few hours before the end of the time window I was to expect the crew, I was informed that the job before me (to truely and absolutely no fault of the company whatsoever) was MUCH more than what that customer had advised these guys of and they were going to be late but not to worry because my move was going to happen.And happen…
