Moving Right Along TX

Unfortunately, I have to disagree with the other reviews posted here. I have had a very bitter experience with this company. I called the company to help with my move because I found a deal on groupon. However, the team arrived an hour late and they came with a truck that had its top box damaged. The top of the truck looked like a crushed Sardine tin can. This in turn translated to only having half the truck with usable space.

Overall, the movers did a good job moving from point A to point B. Not satisfied because they overcharged. The sales rep give us a quote, the price was good that was why we decided to use their service. After the move, the mover showed us the bill, we did not agree on the price so we told him to have the sales rep give us a call because what was quoted was different from what they are billing us. Instead, they charged to our credit card immediately, no one from their company call us.

I honestly wouldn't use this company again at all EVER again. They arrived at the last minute with 3 minutes to spare before the deadline. They arrived in 2 different vehicles... parked in the front, along with truck that they rented from Uhaul. The experience was unprofessional. The main guy kept repeating that he wouldn't charge me for materials or to do this or that. I had all my items packed myself, and took 25 boxes myself the day prior. I only left them with 6 boxes to move. So they had a really light load.

They need better equipment to move upstairs furniture broken $600 velvet couch, $200 dresser, and tv stand missing bolts. Fair price you get what you pay for and gave good tip. Will not use again

I had high hopes based on reviews and the initial responsiveness of the owner, but hiring this crew resulted in the worst move experience my family has ever had (we've moved 3 times in 10 years). Super nice crew, but only one of them was competent and experienced. He seemed to be training the other two guys like it was their first day on the job in a new industry. One of the three guys had no idea how to unhook a washer/dryer.

Unfortunately, we can not recommend this moving company. It was unfortunate because we wanted to support a small woman-owned business. Her spill was so believable that even the bad reviews from prior customers were ignored as to give this company a chance. Huge mistake! Moving is such a stressful enough time. Our appointment was for between 8-9 am. But they did not show up until 12:20pm. Didn’t hear from them until after the time frame, and the excuse was they had a move 1st thing that morning.

Nightmare Experience with Broken Belongings! If you're looking for a reliable and careful moving company, look elsewhere! I recently used this company and it was an absolute nightmare. Here's what happened: * The movers broke several of my belongings during the move, including a glass item, a lamp, my bed frame, and even a closet door! * They didn't inform me of any damage at the time of delivery. I only discovered the broken items as I unpacked,which was incredibly stressful and upsetting.

I would give ZERO stars but it’s harder to get 2 star reviews removed, given the owner probably does this, and everyone needs to see how this business operates-it gets two. This scam of a business was hired to move TWO houses and garage. We let them know how much stuff is in the houses. They brought ONE truck to move two houses. Only 1 1/2 of the houses were moved even though the contact was for TWO!
