In their own words
Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience If I could give 0 stars I would. We recently moved had an incredibly disturbing and frustrating experience with Moving Stars Inc. that I feel compelled to share. Not only was the service subpar, (they moved so slow my husband had to jump in and help) but my family and I were the victims of theft during our move. A total of $14,000 worth of jewelry was stolen, including a two-toned Michele watch and a Cuban chain link bracelet with my name engraved on it.
Sloppy, careless and unprofessional. Worst moving experience ever. Supervisor Shawn is a piece of work. UPDATE, no, I didn't hire you but you moved stuff from my house
We have no record of moving a Phil Spencer and we do not have a supervisor named Shawn. Please call us as soon as possible.
Really bad experience with this company. They didn't pack my furniture well, had a terrible attitude, and never responded. I don't recommend this company.

In their own words
I hired Moving Stars Inc. to help me move my office and the guys that came out did an outstanding job moving everything quickly and efficiently. The movers were polite and worked hard while taking little to no breaks during the process. I have used other moving companies in the past and this was by far my best experience. If you’re looking for local movers at an affordable rate then I highly recommend this moving company. Ask for Wayne.
The crew made my apartment relocation smooth and hassle-free. They carefully maneuvered furniture down narrow hallways and stairs without causing any damage. Their skill and patience were evident.
The gentlemen were professional, on time, and courteous. Then they proceeded to move the heavy items we needed to be moved in a very short amount of time with no breakage.
Jared and Micah did an amazing job. They were timely, polite, and did a great job setting up our very heavy furniture. Ours was not an easy job. We are so grateful. Thank you guys!
