DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. Recently we rented a truck from here to take my granddaughter's belongings up to the Washington DC area. The woman we dealt with was rude and condescending. Enough about her. The truck seemed fine and was pretty new in fact. Driving back along I 85 to get to the apartment, the right side mirror flopped out so that I could see nothing along the right side of the truck. This while driving on an interstate at 65 mph.
Renter beware! I looked up the address on Google maps, and the address clearly stated 195 Davidson Hwy. 1. At that address, there is no access to the office and you have to back out into traffic to get out after you realize the error. 2. When you see the sign, it directs you to 8 Lowe Ave. At that facility I signed the lease. 3. Then the desk agent informed me my rental, which I placed after following the link, was at a third address. 1027 Central is actually an Industrial location.
Total rip off!!!! I was excessively charged! Milage showed i went 81 miles. I only went 42! I strongly recommend photos of everything i was told by the agent the reason I was charged the price was she calls someone else in the industry NOT haul for verification
Mr. Maxwell, to be fair and honest, we did make a mistake on the mileage, which we caught and promptly gave a refund. My staff called someone to verify the process to correct the mileage, which has been done and confirmed with you. So at this point I am not sure what else we can do for you.
We reserved with another location for a Mem. Day rental, they rented the truck we needed, so we were sent to this location. What no one bothered to tell us was that the location was closed. Getting the truck took at least 3 phone calls, …
Everything was fine until the lock that I bought from the place that didn't fit for $15.50 on Feb 6th. I had to make 2 trips instead of 1 because the lock didn't fit in which caused …
I am not sure the issue but every lock we sell fits every door we own and have not had an issue in 13 years. Any refunds to a card take 3 to 5 business days for your bank to accept and process. My staff does not lie.

I needed a place to park my dad's boat fast. I called up to the Concord office and spoke with a Denise. Turns out this my lucky day as she is the head manager. Extremely courteous and accomodating she was. Created a parking spot out of thin air and gave me a great price. I will be using their services from here on out. TN
We've had a storage unit with Mr. Storage for over six years and have always been pleased with the condition of the storage unit as well as their customer service. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and responsive any time of day. The rental prices are less than any competitor we've checked throughout the years. This storage company is highly recommended!
Linda was absolutely excellent!ll she was so nice, and guided me through the U-Haul process. She was full of information and absolutely did everything that we needed her to. She is wonderful and I enjoyed our experience with her. She made me and my wife’s moving absolutely awesome!
I went to a different U-Haul and was turned away because the system was down. So I came to this location. And was given a different attitude and they used a back up system to get me processed and moved in to the truck that I needed! Definitely recommend!!!
