UPDATE: I received a call from Carlos, the owner of the company. He was sorry to see the review & could tell I was mad. I told him I was not mad, just stressed about the extra hours and that I had to come up with that much money on the spot. He explained why they had to wrap each item they moved, which is to prevent any damage should it fall while on the truck. It takes a lot of time and it's their policy to get the furniture to it's destination undamaged.

We just had a GREAT experience with this moving company!!! 6 men showed up and we were completely moved in to our next house 3 hours later. All 6 men were very friendly and professional and they all stayed busy the entire time. Nobody was ever on a cell phone either! The hourly rate was VERY VERY reasonable and the men never stopped to take a break, even with me insisting. They wrapped all of our furniture with plastic wrap or blankets and absolutely nothing was damaged in the process.

I cannot say enough good things about Mr. T’s. I am so pleased with service that They provided. DON’T SPEND ALL THE EXTRA MONEY with other companies. This business is fantastic! Alfred and his team, Fred and Marvin, were phenomenal. I moved from East Texas to Plano. They worked efficiently and wasted no time. They wrapped my mirrors and pictures very carefully and were very careful with my furniture. I only have a one bedroom apartment but I have tons of boxes and it took them very little time.
