I hired Mt. Zion to pack and move us into a storage unit, while we were waiting for our condo to be ready to move in. We also hired them to move us from the storage unit to the new condo. A few weeks before the move in date, we found out that Mt. Zion did not meet the insurance requirements of the new condo, and we hired another mover. I was horrified during the unpacking. So many items were broken and packed poorly. I really felt taken advantage of especially since gave the movers a great tip.

I was completely satisfied but then Prince opened his mouth about religion and would not/could not keep his mouth shut in a professional setting. He really should keep his religious beliefs to himself. If he’d like to preach his word where people will hear him, he should stay inside the bubble he resides in. Peeps trust me on this one. I’m not making it up. If you’re moving and looking for a ceremony in bible thumping hate go ahead and book this company.

I hate to have to give a bad review. I just want the money I was promised for the damage to my furniture. The movers were polite and took as much care as they could with my furniture. There was a lapse in judgement by one of them which resulted in damage of one of the more valuable pieces. I was promised my deposit of $125 and have yet to receive it. A Better Business bureau complaint wasn't enough to resolve the issue. I am tired of the back and forth with the company and feeling like I'm not being heard by them.

I will never refer your company to anyone worst move we have ever had. Tore sofa,broke king size bed, broke dishes an lamps,brought stuff that wasn’t even ours , lied to us about sending information to put in claim and will not answer phone or call me back.

Prince Umoh, Michael Roberts, and Darnel Jones are extremely courteous, efficient, and (most of all) careful with my belongings. Ms. Claudett handled my reservation flawlessly and reached out proactively to ensure I was prepped to move. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, definitely recommend Mt. Zion.

I came across Mount Zion Movers. The owner name was Prince who is an unbelievable gentleman. His movers showed up on time. Robert and Malcolm. They were absolutely fantastic. Got the job done within four hours for a two bedroom apartment third-floor walkup.They were absolutely fantastic. I searched high and low to find the right movers and thank God I came Prince and his company .Highly recommend .Brandon tampa surrounding areas for your move professional best prices also no gimmicks no raising up the price.

I was initially nervous on moving day due to a little tardiness. However, I was contacted and made aware of the transportation issue. The guys were great and loaded the truck within an hour. They both were professional and polite and worked extremely well together. It was as though they had their own style of communication. I would highly recommend this company and look forward to working with them in the future.
