Utilized Muberr Sturgeon Bay for our office move and I would not hire them again. They estimated the move would take a 3-person team 4-5 hours. We completed their inventory form ahead of time and were clear we needed office furniture (8 desks, some w hutches) disassembled and reassembled as well as boxes moved. When they arrived, they decided they needed a 4th person and it took the 4-person team more than twice what was estimated--11 hours and at more than twice the cost!

We were very unhappy with our move. The movers were very slow and took much longer than we anticipated. We did have more to move than initially projected, but we felt they were not working very efficiently. They also smelled of marijuana after smoking during their breaks and looked high while moving out belongings and driving the truck. When they finished loading the truck, they left for lunch without telling us. We only found out when we called them. They were gone for about an hour.

From the first call to the final payment, I had a very positive experience with every aspect of the move. I had a small number of items to move from my cottage to storage. Josh and Cabby were my movers and they did a great job. No issues with disassembling the trundle and queen bed. Everything i asked was done.I said, "I hope we can get these beds back together." Josh said, " Hire us back.
