Horrible service package didn't arrive. When we call the customer service he was really rude and threaten us. I recommend you don't use their services and use an alternative.
Don't send boxes through here, the service is terrible, they don't keep you informed properly. I sent three boxes and all three arrived missing many of my belongings. They refused to take responsibility and didn't give me any information about my box or a tracking number until I insisted. It's a terrible shipping service; think twice before sending anything with them.

Extremely satisfied with their services. This is my first time using them, and they are truly the best. The service is excellent; they pick up your box right from your house, and the young man who collected it was very friendly. Above all, the boxes arrive very quickly. They told me it would take 6 to 8 weeks maximum, and it arrived in less than 2 weeks. Thank you so much!
Excellent service. It's been about 8 years since I made my first shipment with them. They were very kind, my box arrived on time and was complete. Recently, I sent another package and they came to my house to pick it up. The service was good again, and my package arrived safely and on time.
I want to tell you something. I searched for a long time for someone reliable to send my packages to. And I'm very happy with the service and the way they delivered the package in Mexico, and the service at their office in SBD.
Excellent service, even though sometimes I forget my appointment with them and they come to my house when I'm not there, and even then I call them and they come back again.
