I’d used Mulders for several previous moves and was very happy. My last move, however, left me angry and disgusted. The “team leader” spent most of his time on his phone with his girlfriend instead of leading his team. Two of the 4 movers they sent were working their first day at the company. Our furniture was not wrapped and MANY things were damaged during the move because of this.

We had numerous damages to items, including a broken bed! A priceless statue was broken in two places even though it was individually boxed with a lot of bubble wrap and heavily marked FRAGILE. There was indifference by the movers when brought to their attention (the only time we didn’t “discover” the damage was the bed being broken!!) Their “Fixer” tried his best to remedy where he could, which was mediocre.

Valuables broken or switched out. It took 12 days to move our furniture from one state to another. When I called to report problems they consistently blamed their subcontractor rather than trying to make it right.

WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER. I HAVE LIVED IN SEVEN STATES AND RELOCATED 24 TIMES. I HAVE USED UNITED, ALLIED, MAYFLOWER AND NOW WHEATON (mulders) Packing was shoddy, overpacked unnecessarily and underpacked high value items. Packed some items yet didn't pack others of the same type. Stuffed high value artwork in laundry bins without protection. Failed to label thirty percent of the boxes. Failed to correctly label boxes. Failed to pack some items, leaving it as the responsibility of the truck driver.
We have had them quote 2 moves and both were far more expensive than others. In addition, they can't move us for 5 weeks. Look elsewhere!

Great service! Honest, prompt, friendly and they carry through on their promises. Easy to reach with questions too and provided answers and coordination in a timely manner which is important when in the midst of a big move across several states!
On time. Hard workers. Very attentive to our needs. Extremely careful with all of the furniture and belongings.
Friendly and very hard working staff. They treated all of the furniture with attentive care. Great communicators in where we needed furniture to go and very professional! Keith in the office was engaged with me as the customer and led his staff in aa very positive way. I give my full recommendation, if you give them an opportunity they will surpass your expectations.
We use Mulder’s frequently to assist on large item deliveries for our business. They are always great to work with. This morning Rico, Damante, and Selvin did a great job. On time and always professional.
