In their own words
I am so disgusted and appalled by my experience with this company, I just don't even know where to start with this review. I will NEVER trust positive Google reviews ever again when researching companies. I am still so mad I am shaking as I type this. If I could give negative stars I would. Now that I have had a night to think clearly about my experience with them yesterday, hopefully writing this review will help someone else not have to deal with the absolute complete hell I had to go through yesterday.
Worst experience ever! They arrived late and they did not start out like we were on a time schedule. They were moving slow and then at the end, they rushed bcuz they had another job scheduled. My beds were not put back together properly and my husband had to correct it. I felt like they rushed and didn’t really care, especially the owner. All he seems to care about is money and that was the worst $500 ever spent! I want some of my money back but I will NEVER hire or recommend them!
All this after tipping the movers and sifting the company payment for full duration. Thanks for the review even after our courtesy furniture assembly after you deceptively stopped time before they were done unloading. Search your conscience.
This is the worst moving company I have ever experienced. Felix quoted me $175 for 2 movers and 2 hours. He then switched it to $175 an hour after they finished. He stated he brought another guy, which had nothing to do with me and the original quote. Felix helped a little, but then decided to take multiple breaks as he sat in the truck while the other two men were working. They ended up taking 3 hours because Felix was taking his sweet time. I do not recommend this company.
This was the worst experience ever. The drivers were late, they scared the owner of the house out of her house. She walked 3 blocks down and called her husband and father. They had no clue how to load a truck. This was so unprofessional. They arrived in a UHAUL!!
It's rather unfortunate you feel that way but the embellishment is unnecessary. Our account of the move was uneventful until your intentions were made bare come time to pay the minimum fee we charge and agreed upon booking. No disrespect to … More
Worse experience ever!!!!!! I will never use them again or refer them to my clients. We pretty much had everything in the garage to load and we took majority of the boxes over to our new place before they came. What was left was three beds …
10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND FELIX. He will scam you!! He will give you one price upon requesting his services then at the end of the service, he will conjure up an entirely different price than what was once agreed on. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES!!!!
I hired Muscles 4 Moving to help with unloading my U-Haul (approximately 1 bedroom's worth of belongings) when I moved to Huntsville. After they left, I discovered that my Xbox, worth around $500, was missing. I contacted the owner, who …
Felix was very unprofessional and gave misinformation. Quoted me one price and then changed it when he realized my elderly mother would be the point of contact. Scammed her out of $400 and didn’t even provide a truck
Your account is very inaccurate and describing your mother as "elderly" is rather unfortunate. Yours was a clear case of someone with sole intention to cheat a short notice provider but mom knew better. Thank you!

In their own words
Muscle 4 Moving just moved us out-of-state and the experience with them was excellent. Communication with Felix was great; he kept me up-to-date on arrival times, etc. The movers themselves were polite and professional. I had no damage and have found no dings or nicks on my walls and doorframes. Pricing was very good. I would definitely recommend Muscle 4 Moving and would use them again.
Hi Kristen, thank you so much for the 5-star review! We are thrilled to hear your out-of-state relocation with us was an excellent experience. Felix and our team take great pride in maintaining transparent communication, punctual arrival times, and providing polite, professional service.
If you’re looking for a reliable moving company in Huntsville, this team is it! They arrived right on time and handled all my heavy furniture with care. Marcus and Devin were especially patient helping my elderly mother get settled. That level of service really stands out from most movers used in the past.
Thank you Daryll! Your kind words elevates our motivation to be more steadfast in our professionalism.
Called them last minute and didn’t expect much availability, but they came through. Chris and Malik handled the job efficiently without rushing. Great option if you need same-day movers that still deliver quality work. I was so impressed they came to Guntersville from Huntsville on such short notice.
Thank you Cllaridel!
Second time using Muscle 4 Moving here in Athens and the consistency stands out. The first time was to help unloading a moving truck when we first moved here and they did very well. This time i needed packing and moving to our new house, and boy were they so helpful. Hard to find anyone team of movers that reliable. Thanks guys!
We are very happy to know that we have earned your trust and that you decided to call us multiple time. Your kind words have made our day. Thank you Atheena!
