In their own words
As a part of our move across the country, Muscle Movers were hired to move our full home storage from temporary storage to our brand new home. They had to use two trucks to move everything and they were not careful with moving our items. They dinged up, scraped, dented walls and broke items. They also didn't move the items within the home where each box and tote was clearly marked where it was to go and they were paid to move the items where they belonged.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that your moving experience did not meet expectations, as the level of service you described is not the standard we aim to provide.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
If you are looking for movers, you absolutely must consider Muscle Movers! We needed help with a local move and a friend recommended Muscle Movers. We found the website easy to navigate and the process for getting an estimate uncomplicated. Communication was timely and clear, the estimate was reasonable and we were promptly scheduled for our preferred date and time. On the day of the move, we were contacted verifying the address and time.
Muscle Movers gave us a great rate while helping us move from our apartment in Clinton, TN to our Home in Heiskell, TN. Peter and Cam were extremely kind, timely, and professional. Peter had excellent communication throughout the whole process with us, and they were able to have us completed in literally 1 hour. Definitely recommend to anyone whether your move is small or large.
Thank you for your review! We’re glad Peter and Cam provided kind, timely, and professional service and were able to make your move smooth and efficient. It’s great to hear that communication throughout the process met your expectations and that the move was completed quickly.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend Muscle Movers! I had an excellent experience with Muscle Movers from start to finish. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and handled everything with care. They were professional, respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing — no wasted time and no shortcuts. This was a long-distance move from California to Tennessee, and they made what could’ve been a stressful process feel organized and manageable.
Using muscle movers was unfortunately a last-minute change. If I would’ve known how professional and what a good job they were going to do, I would not have had to waste so much time looking at other companies and getting other quotes. The day upon arrival, the amount of work they got accomplished was amazing. I hired them for full service, so they came and packed everything and loaded the majority. of the house on day one. Day two, they came and finished loading and started driving to the destination.
