In their own words
Me and my brother recently used this company for a long distance move and was very disappointed by how unprofessional and inconsiderate they were. Firstly Ruben who’s supposed to be the manager or owner has terrible customer service skills, as a business owner myself I would never inconvenience and hassle a customer spending $12,000 it comes off very rude and ungrateful.
We genuinely do not understand why this situation was handled in this way, and we want to be transparent about what has occurred. At no point were we made aware of any issue during or immediately after the move.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Elite Movers went above and beyond my expectations! From the moment they arrived, the team was punctual, professional, and incredibly careful with every item. They handled my furniture and belongings as if they were their own, wrapping and securing everything perfectly. The crew worked efficiently while still being friendly and respectful throughout the entire process. What stood out most was their attention to detail and commitment to making the move stress-free.
Thank you, Maria. We’re so glad the team’s care, attention, and communication made your move smooth and stress-free.
A lot of movers are trying to be the best here in our booming oil city but with Ruben and his guys this company delivers! From start to finish everything was quick and easy. They were on time which was extremely important since we had a very close schedule for the day. They worked so fast I had to buy them lunch because I was so impressed! They even had time to put our dinning room table and king bed frame together. I can not say enough good things about them.
Thank you, Jelissa. We're so glad Ruben and the team kept everything on track and made your move such a smooth and positive experience. It means a lot to be part of a great day for your family.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Muscleman Elite Moving, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The team was not only super kind and friendly but also incredibly efficient. They handled my belongings with care and made the entire moving process smooth and stress-free. The movers arrived on time, ready to tackle the job with a positive attitude. They worked tirelessly, ensuring everything was packed and transported safely.
Thank you, Erick. We're so glad the team made your move easy and handled everything with care and professionalism. It means a lot to hear we exceeded your expectations, and we’ll be here when you're ready for the next one.
We had an outstanding experience with Muscleman Moving! From start to finish, the entire team was professional, hardworking, and took exceptional care of our belongings. Moving is usually stressful, but they made the whole process smooth and worry-free. A special thank you to Bobby, Pablo, and Chris. They were incredibly courteous, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled with care.
Bobby, Pablo, and Chris are going to hear about this one at our next crew meeting. Handling a customer's home and furniture like it is their own is the whole standard we hire and train for, and it is the reason a stressful week can end up feeling smooth instead.
