The driver was extremely rude. It ruined my day... No one should be treated that way. Efficient move, but terrible customer service!!!!
Worst experience ever. I retained this company despite it being pricier than most other movers because based on their website, they seem quite professional. The company called me when arriving at the place for delivery. When I picked it up they had hung up, so I called them back immediately but no one picked up. Then I called again and left a message. Later, my assistant from my office called and said they called my workplace and were extremely angry.
HORRIBLE! I booked them to move a piano for my sons 9th birthday present - they were scheduled to arrive at 1pm and cancelled at 1pm saying that their morning job was taking longer than expected and that they weren't going to sit in West Van bridge traffic to deliver our piano today. Our surprise gift is now ruined because they don't want to pay their movers to be in traffic!?
Hi Roxanne, Thank you for your review. We apologize for not meeting your time window for your piano delivery due to a unforeseen problem beyond our control with a major piano sale 20 piano load-in with elevator problems that delayed our day substantially.
Music box movers came to the house to move a piano i gave away.Without asking they used the piano to lift ceiling tiles to turnout the door.The ceiling tiles fell and the lens for the suspended ceiling fel and shattered The wallpanelling was damaged and a box of tools was dumped on the floor.I called the manager and got an apology and an offer to replace the lens but they should have asked first before they touched our property.They tried to put the tiles up but botched that.I do not recommend them.
Absolutely nightmare of an experience. Moving is already a stressful experience and this company added so much more stress to our move. They had confirmed we were good to go the night before, then the day of our move they would not honour the time we had scheduled and we were forced to find a new mover a few hours before our move. Completely unprofessional, we sorely regret working with this company.
Hi Pamela, I am very sorry that you feel this way. Unfortunately we cannot control the weather and due to snowfall we were not able to complete not only your move but other clients as well. Our mens safety is our number one priority and we will not put our men at risk to hurt themselves whatsoever.
