Friendly and helpful ! I have a young guitarist and they didn’t hesitate to let him play. Selection was “quality over quantity “ and I like that.
I have a 20+ year old Yamaha LLx-500c that I bought new from Musician's Pro. My favorite guitar hands down. I had to replace the original saddle, which created intonation problems, so I brought my guitar to Brian. I said, "Can you fix this?" Two days later, he calls me back: he did a pro neck setup, installed a new saddle AND trimmed it to correct my action, fixed the intonation, tightened things up, and installed a shiny new set of strings.
Best pizza around...*edit* sorry, this was meant for Mellow Mushroom. However, you're shop is amazing. I've bought multiple instruments and accessories there. I also use you guys for setups and stringing all my guitars. You've been my go-to shop in BG since 1998.
