Horrible!! Terrible!!! Avoid these guys if you can. First of all, the owner told me over the phone that they would charge 120/hr. He said he would send someone to our home to check what all we had and how many people he needed for the move. They never came. On the day of the move, they arrived 30 minutes late and I was charged 157/hr bc 4 guys showed up and that was the explanation for the extra charges. Super disorganized, they literally put boxes everywhere even when we had them labeled.
We are very sorry your experience with us was not pleasant. However will try to address this.Yes we did say we might try to come out prior if possible and didn’t. We did say 9:00 am and arrived at 9:30. If a box was not put in the right place we would have been glad to put it where you wished.
The owner spoke with me stating that the movers would be at my house at 9:30am. No one showed up until 11am. I never received a reminder from the owner's wife the day before or when the movers were in transit, I had to call both times. The movers were friendly, nice and worked efficiently. When I called asking about the price the owner was unapologetic and made it out to be my fault. He also spoke to me like I was a small child, telling me how to do math.

My Movers Plus did a FANTASTIC job as always! They have moved us two times, and this time around we hired their crew to come all the way up to Mayslick, KY to unload a 26 foot truck, that was loaded wall to wall, floor to ceiling, front to back. This crew retains some of the nicest movers I have ever met. This crew has been working together for over 20 years. They are very respectful, careful, and responsive.

Today, May 11, 2015 a crew from My Movers Plus delivered a truckload of household stuff to my apartment in Danville. Not only were they on time, they were 15 minutes early. From the moment they backed their truck up to my front door until they finished unloading, took 45 minutes. They never even stopped to take a deep breath and they took good care of my stuff. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a safe, efficient, reliable mover anywhere in the Lexington area.
First time using a moving company to help me move and I must say they were outstanding. They got me moved in very quickly and for a GREAT price. i couldn’t thank them enough for all their hard work.
Terrific movers!!!! My Movers Plus moved my family from Chicago to Lexington. We were nervous as this was a major move for us. When I contact My Movers I spoke with the owner Leronn; he was very pleasant, helpful, and reassured me about my move. After our conversation, he sent me emails with different information regarding Lexington!! The rate that he gave me was terrific!!
