Not enough ratings
We hold limited information on this company. We have read 4 reviews for it, so anything below about what reviewers say rests on very little text. That is missing information rather than a clean record, and it is not a judgement about the business either way.
The rating breakdown
Google shows 12 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 2 of those are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 9 | 75.0% | |
| 4 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 3 star | 1 | 8.3% | |
| 2 star | 1 | 8.3% | |
| 1 star | 1 | 8.3% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Counted across the 3 four and five star reviews we have read for National Storage Co. A review can mention more than one thing.
In their own words
National Storage Allied moved us last Fall. I could not have asked for a better experience. Arranging the move was easy - everything was done by email or on the phone. The gentlemen who moved us were fast, friendly, and very careful with our house and our belongings. Our move was difficult for a number of reasons and lasted longer than any of us planned. Mike, Jared, and Quentin were friendly, accomodating, and pleasant the entire time - even after about 8 or nine hours of very hard work.
Pre-move survey with Jim Jr went off without any setbacks before packing day. Packing and loading with Quan, Noah, Phil, and Karen was extremely efficient. Thank you to the national storage team of Kalamazoo!
