Worst moving experience I've ever had. I used A1 Discount Movers before they were Nationwide and they were going to provide a discount for paying by cash. The moving crew was helpful but their head mover was nothing but trouble. First, he wanted me to sign off that my boxes were not adequately boxed, which I agreed. Then, he refused to move any of my things that weren't boxed and taped including shoe boxes and 5-ft plants. They said they could pack them for extra $15 per box or help load them into my car.
I am honestly giving them a 1 star because I can’t give them a 0. I absolutely hope and pray many people read the reviews before booking them. And take their business elsewhere. I did a move from NY to Tallahassee Florida. When I spoke to a representative I spoke to James we went over my items, I specified that I had things in 6 large bags. He said it’ll be better if I was to put it in boxes. I told him I had ran out of boxes. He said ok no big deal he continued to go over everything else.
Nadine, please take the time and look at the name of the company you hired. The contract that you signed should have the name of the company you paid and hired to do this job. You're writing a bad review on the wrong company, not only is this affecting us, you're not getting your point across to…
I strongly regret using this moving company and would not recommend them to anyone. When they first contacted me, they offered what sounded like an amazing price and specifically told me that there would be no third-party company and no hidden fees. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Before the movers even picked up my belongings, I had already moved everything close to the truck to make their job easier.
You are writing this review on the the wrong company, please take the time to find out the company that you hired and paid.
They advertise themselves as professional piano movers, but they are not. I had a baby grand piano that they had to move from a 1 story home to another 1st floor home. There were no stairs... piano arrived damaged. Pedals didn't work like before. It's no big deal because it can be fixed. The worst part is that they are not responsive. I call everyday asking for them to send a technician.
National Moving Services Inc Moving Companies review My 70 year old parents contacted this service to move them from Idaho to North Dakota to be nearer to our family after my father was diagnosed with lung cancer. Unbeknownst to all of us they set this up on their own with very little knowlege of such things. They were charged $19,000 initially and an additonal $800 at the time of loading because the quote was off. They have been in ND for over a week now.

RUNNNNN away from this moving company!!! This a local moving company that I utilized and that was a BIG mistake. If I could give them 0 stars, I would! I've experienced multiple issues and was inconvenienced several days. On 12/15/25, I spoke to the owner, Cervando and scheduled my move to take place on 12/29/25. On moving day, they had no record of the move so my move was changed to 12/30/25. I have a genuine leather sofa with a chaise lounge attached.
Horrible! They showed up late. Friendly movers, BUT my sons seemed like they helped move more than them. 2 men and 1 lady (she sat in the truck or stood on the side the entire time, talking to one of the men constantly distracting him). The move took way longer than it should have. It started to rain so they started moving things recklessly. They left my dining table to my patio set, rails to my bed, glass from my end table, 3 boxes of clothes at my old residence.
My wife had been a Nationwide customer since 2011. Clearly do not appreciate loyalty. Our movers were late and worked hard into the night. I did not expect them to take more than 2 hours to load an already boxed 2 bedroom apt; as it was their 3rd move of the day. (too many?) Turns out they broke our 55" Samsung Smart TV. We didn't realize this until the next morning, as they didn't finish hauling our things into the house until 11PM. Nationwide's claim process is a joke.

I used Nationwide Movers yesterday to move from a three story town home. I was so impressed with their professionalism. The three men assigned to my move arrived early and after our walk through immediately got to work. They made sure everything was wrapped properly and stored in their truck efficiently. Let me also highlight this was not an easy move. It was beyond freezing outside and raining. These men still got the job done. This is my second time using this company.
I heard about Nationwide through the owner. She hired me to clean her windows and I always like doing business with my customers when I can. They were very communicative, nice and professional. They set expectations up front and then exceeded them. Almost all of Nationwide's bad reviews are from customers of another company in Florida with a similar name. Google won't fix the issue, even though the owners have reached out several times. I highly recommend Nationwide movers and I would definitely use them again!
Excellent fast service, great price, professional crew. I used their services to move out of state. They seamlessly emptied the storage unit and delivered the contents the next day. It was also very helpful that they were able to navigate the storage facility by themselves without an owner being present. At the delivery point, the crew took great care in unloading. They re-assembled and set up all the furniture in the appropriate rooms. Highly recommended.
Nationwide movers is the best!!! Ismael, Ricky, and Jose were so efficient, awesome, polite, and helped us out so quickly. It was amazing. Literally. This was our first and best experience with hiring a moving company. I will be sure to use them again. I need to point out that we scheduled an appointment for them to arrive at 8am, and when I tell you that they arrived on the dot, they literally were here as soon as it turned 8. I have never experienced that before with any type of appointments ever.
