In their own words
Currently in the process of a move from hell from this company. They had picked up my things on 6/30 , i paid extra for a guaranteed delivery on 7/2. 7/2 came and went and they said it would be there by 7/7. Fast forward to 7/15 as i write this, i still do not have my things and they are saying it will now be delivered by 7/17.
Cost 2x as much to move two blocks within Hoboken using this company as it did to move the same stuff from Brooklyn a year earlier, and they were much less helpful. Forgot an item in their truck and have showed no urgency or regard for my schedule in returning it. Very unprofessional.

In their own words
We had the best experience that we could ever hope with Maxi Moving 2 weeks ago. From the beginning, Paola helped us very patiently with our packing list, asking the right questions, rectifying the estimate each time according to our changes. She was very patient, pleasant, responsive, professional. Our move was not easy, on the fourth floor of a brownstone, no elevator, with a temperature outside above 90F and going to another state.
Valerie, we're thrilled to hear that Paola and Roman, along with the entire Maxi Moving crew, provided you with an exceptional moving experience, and we truly appreciate your kind words and enthusiastic recommendation!
I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Maxi Moving. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and efficient. Joe was very considerate and quick on the phone and Roman and crew, I don’t have any words for the incredible job you guys did. The team arrived right within the timeframe and Joe was always available on phone. Roman Maximo and his crew handled every aspect of the move with such care and precision. They worked quickly and, to my surprise, finished well ahead of schedule.
Mr. Davis, we're thrilled to hear about your fantastic experience with our considerate team, and appreciate your high recommendation of Roman Maximo and his crew for providing such an efficient, stress-free move at a fair price!
Maxi Moving are absolutely brilliant. I did our 2 bed 2 bath move with them end of Jul 24, and their quote was very reasonable. At first, hour based quote as compared to fixed price made us nervous, but their crew was just amazing. Specific shout out to Paola for working with me in changing our move date multiple times and also for working directly with the building guys for their CoI requirements. The crew - Roman, Francis, and Vadim were brilliant. Showed up on time, and wrapped our move before time!
I had such a great experience with Maxi Moving and would absolutely hire them again. From the beginning, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly easy to work with. Everything was communicated clearly throughout the move, so there was never any confusion about what could or couldn’t be done. Andre, in particular, was exceptional. He was a great leader, directed his team extremely well, and genuinely went above and beyond.
Thank you, Jessica, for sharing your remarkable experience with Andre and the Maxi Moving team; we're thrilled to hear how our professional and attentive service made your move stress-free and exceeded expectations.
