I’m going to keep this short and to the point. 8 hours late. Blamed the telephone confirmation. 5 pieces of furniture damaged, one beyond repair. …
*UPDATE: The owner contacted me (I can’t confirm or deny if it was because of this review, as I simply don’t know). He remembered the brackets, said he wanted to make things right, and followed up by replacing the brackets, which were delivered to my house. I would add 2 more stars as result of corrected action. *UPDATE END *Original post: They helped a family member move from my house, and left not just snow, but dirt/oil mixed in the snow through the house past their roll matts.This came from the back of a uhaul…
Booked 6 weeks ago for help unloading a U-Haul. Confirmed early in the week. 15 minutes before unloading appt. Chad phoned a basically bailed on me. Now stuck without help. I am 65 years old. Will not return calls.Not impressed

New Move Transport completed two moves for me—first moving the contents of my home into storage after selling my house, and then moving everything from storage into our new home. From my initial contact through both moves, the owner and his staff were extremely professional, courteous, and respectful. They arrived with all the appropriate equipment to get the job done properly and safely. They worked hard, hustled to get the job done efficiently, and took great care with our belongings throughout both moves.
