Nothing seemed accurate from their website for our experience. I’m not sure if our whole crew had very limited experience or what, took twice as long as quoted and communication was a bit challenging. They arrived in a rented Enterprise truck, no uniforms or anything as advertised. The folks were nice and courteous, open to feedback just seemed a bit ill equipped for the job. Nothing was seriously damaged though so that was positive.

Next Phase Moving would be my first choice in movers in the future. Joseph communicated at all stages, was meticulous in planning out the logistics, and paid attention to details. His crew was courteous, careful and hard workers. Our move involved a ferry which added another level of complexity to the move. But it all went smoothly with no mishaps. We highly recommend this company.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The crew showed up on time, worked incredibly fast, and didn't scratch a single piece of furniture. Moving is usually a nightmare, but these guys made it entirely stress-free. Highly recommend!
