No Limit Moving and Relocation LLC

Guys arrived late, are slowwwwww, and took several breaks. Still waiting on them to call me back to complete the job. Owner said he would return the next day to finish the job. Tried calling/ texting from my phone several times no answer but when I called from another number got an answer then he transferred me. None of my furniture was wrapped and major damage to my brand new table and cedar chest.

UPDATE: I called to schedule my move two weeks in advance. I was told I had to pay for two hours and the deposit up front. They charged my cc more than the quoted amount. I tried reaching out by email but no one ever responded. I canceled the service but it's shady to charge someone more than the quoted amount. The owner of the company called to explain the extra charge to my cc.

A two-man team led by Brandon moved me to Cordova from Memphis (Deloach Street) on July 30, 2024. Since then I've been waiting for the company to address the broken washer and the missing screws and the unfinished reassembly of furniture that Brandon promised to address. I will not go into the details of the two hours plus late arrival, the many breaks taken and still costed, or the texts and phone calls made to have this nightmare end.

This man is a con man, we agreed on one price and he tried it raise it , after we completed our contract and while in the middle of doing the moving process this guy tried to make me pay him more money and his guys separately. Please do not be fooled by this man. He damaged the rest of my property and allowed my items to get wet, he spoke to me disrespectful as if I didn’t pay him extra, he wouldn’t complete my move and he didn’t, he left everything to be rain on and damaged out of greed.

Horrible experience. I called two weeks in advance to get a quote and explained everything to the person who answered, including that I lived on a second floor, would be moving to a second floor, and needed to take some items to my storage unit. He provided the deposit amount and hourly rate, nothing more. When I finally booked my move, all I received was the deposit amount and hourly rate.

I’m editing this review because they took our phones and did the reviews for us - I would NOT call this moving company good AT ALL. they showed up an hour late to the already two hour window they originally told us, complaining about how the move from yesterday kept them until 1 am. I was originally sympathetic, assumed something weird happened. My daughter has a one bedroom apartment, it took the eight and a half hours. They charged me for the “long walk” to the elevator which was one short hallway.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! If the rating system was able to post a Zero, Brandon, the owner, would have this nailed. This guy has some of the worst interpersonal skills I’ve ever come across in all my years of business! If you have to use them: Here are some of the things to watch out for dealing with them that may happen to you, from my experience. • No Limit & Relocation Moving Company uses electronic contract documents. When you sign/initial EVERY page, also put in the date with your initials.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!I used this service because it is black owned and so I wanted to support. Well let me tell you, worst mistake of my LIFE. Now they arrived on time however they played music, it's not that I didn't mind the music but ask before you go playing music on speaker phone in someone's house. They moved slow but acted as if they were moving fast. I had all of the beds broke down to speed the process up however that was a waste. They were supposed to wrap and pad my items this didn't happen.
