Total failure of a company. Made arrangements with Dale to do an afterhours pick up. He assured me he could take care of this task, and pulled a no show, then decided to not be available by phone (When he was available at any given moment before) I'd think twice before resorting to this company.
Poor experience . Following our initial contact to move a hot tub, the guy said he would be in touch the next day. Two days later he reached out and apologized saying he was busy. Ok, sure, I get it. We settled on a date and time as well as price. The guy says that he will contact me if he can get us in any sooner, to which I did not hold my breath.
Okay…. I am sorry to say but I would not recommend this company. We had arranged to have a hot tub moved from one location to another. Although he was very flexible and accommodating for when would be the best time, he should up short handed and we had to help with the move onto our property. We were given a price on the phone, 1 hour before the scheduled time he informed us of a 25% increase in what we were to pay! When I tried to cancel the job he wouldn’t respond to text or answer his phone.
Price was quoted at $400.00 over the phone. I quote by the info given. I was told the tub did not have to go on edge to go through the gate, and in fact it did and down a steep grade. I mentioned the price would be $500.00 because of the difficulty and it was agreed to before I started the job.

I hired Dale to move a hot tub. He took the time to view the job and provide a quote. Dale and his crew showed up on time, they reviewed the plan and completed the initial removal. Placing the tub at the new site was tricky but they were prepared and had supply and proper tools to do job effectively and efficiently. The crew was respectful and friendly. Details of the move were well communicated as the went along to avoid any mishaps. Job was on schedule and as per the quote.
Professional, friendly moving company. The owner goes the extra mile . Dale is very careful moving your possessions . He offered to take the time to help move furniture back into into place that he did not move. His prices are very competitive and reasonable.For sure, he shall be used in the future.
Dale said he could do the job, do it today,band at a great price! Him and his crew showed up sooner than expected and thankfully so as it started pouring as soon as they were done. Definitely will support and recommend this local company! Thanks again guys, and gal!
After hunting around comparing reviews and rates I decided to hire Dale and his crew of JC and Jordan to unload my house into 2 containers delivered to me. They worked hard, had fun and Dale was like a surgeon orchestrating how the containers were packed to prevent damage and get all my stuff in. Amazingly they got everything in and did it just under the hours they thought it would take. I was happy.
