This moving crew was an absolute disaster. As mentioned in the review by Ena, I found all those same poorly trained traits in this crew. I had to train the crew how to pack or move items. For being paid by the hour, they were in rush to get things done and not done properly. They dragged furniture across the house (scratching up interior floors) and dragged across concrete and gravel.
Very sorry Mrs. Wolff Allied did not meet your expectations. We try the best we can to ACE every move however, these past few years have been very challenging. Very sorry. All the best to you and your family. Have a blessed night. JHK
It has been a 6 weeks since our stuff was picked up from Rapid City SD moving to Surprise AZ! I have complained numerous times as to when we will get our stuff. They keep saying due to COVID no drivers want to pick up our stuff and that isn't their fault! I even talked to the owner and he said we should get our stuff shortly but can't give me a date. If I would have known it was going to take this long I would went a different moving company or moved ourselves.
I'm very sorry Donna, as I mentioned your goods will be arriving shortly in AZ. We can not control a pandemic and its effects that has caused delays in delivery's all over our Nation. We are very sorry, thank you for your business and understanding thru this difficult time for us all.
We moved across 2 states from the Rapid City area in May 2021. Using this firms employees to pack my goods required me to "teach" the individuals how to pack properly in order to reduce any damages. Even with diligent watching over the individuals who obviously had no idea how to pack goods for transport, we had significant damages to our property upon receipt of the first large truck. The remainder of our goods was shipped separately and brought to us 7 weeks after we arrived in our new home.

They primarily move people out of SD, but they also work with people from other states to SD – like me. They can work with their nationwide network. During my 34-year military service – and after – I found that there are scams in this industry so I knew the NWM were professionals: NWM did this for me: - easy to connect on phone and email - told me how to cut down my costs…
