DO NOT STORE YOUR VEHICLES OR TRAILERS HERE. I was storing my 20 foot trailer here. The staff does not tell you that there are bo cameras on the lot of the vehice storage compound. My trailer jad indications on it that it was being tampered with. There were cut marks on the hitch lock and also the rear trailer latch someone was trying to cut it. When i report this to the office staff member he told me they have been trailers stolen from the lot and this was not the best place to store my trailer.
We are disappointed to hear that you did not have a more positive experience with us at Northwest Orlando Storage. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we will address this with the staff.
This place is not safe for your valuables, just this week they had a break-in more than 15 vehicles broke Into mosty RV'S including mines, poor lighting at night...few cameras no body sensor to alert on property manger after hrs that someone in yard😤 …
We are so sorry about the unfortunate incident that took place at our facility and other facilities & businesses nearby, and we completely understand your frustrations. Our staff fully cooperated with the police department and the thieves were caught after identifying them through our video camera…
My experience was horrible with this company. Didn’t even move my items in my unit yet and they tried hitting me with all types of fees because I didn’t have a “Lock” on my unit. The lady behind the counter tried giving all types of excuses and reasons but as she was talking to my friend, I respectfully walked out and called the storage across the street.

Just got a email saying the rent will be going up from $151.00 to $196.. can someone tell me why.????? They not done anything different. To the place.. all they do is keep going up on price.
