Worst move ever in my LIFE! Never would o recommend this company. I have moved over 12 times professionally in my life and I can even begin to explain this nightmare. It’s been almost 2 weeks and there are still so so many things wrong, broken and pieces of furniture still not put together. Items missing, pieces of beds missing and beds still not put together. Big pieces of furniture left in hallways or on wrong level of the house.

I am beyond disappointed with Suddath Moving & Storage (also operating as Atlas Van Lines and Ambassador Van Lines) and the way they handled an extremely sensitive and heartbreaking situation. A customer trusted this company to transport something irreplaceable — her daughter’s ashes. She was reassured that they would be handled with extra care, as any decent company should do when dealing with something so meaningful. Instead, due to an accident during transit, those ashes were lost.

Everything started off great until the delivery crew arrived. One of the crew backed into my wife's car with his SUV causing $1800 in damages. As I had the police on the way the employee Ramon fled the scene. His vehicle was not registered, had an expired Colorado license plate, and un-insured... Suddath is refusing to accept liability and will not provide any information on their employee. The police were not able to locate Ramon as well leaving me with the repairs to our car.

This company has not provided us with a good moving experience. They took our packed belongings from a storage unit and we're supposed to repack them for a cross country move and didn't. Just loaded them in their truck. Leaving some items behind. Our coordinator has had extremely poor communication with us about our claim for the items left behind. We moved October 14th, 2016 and still haven't gotten this resolved. The only professionals were the truck driver and the guy who picked up our boxes after we unpacked.

I will never hire this company. Not only is it impossible to speak to someone, but their hired drivers are clueless on how to operate a vehicle. They show zero care for the surrounding community once Atlas is involved. The entire Tattant Blvd is backed up because a semi truck is blocking the only turn onto the road since 8am to 6 pm.

I’ve moved 14 times over 36 years, this was by far the easiest and best move I have had thanks to the Suddath team. I had a move coordinator (never had one of those before) who was with me before during and after the move. Crew was professional and capable. Almost no dings in the move out or in. Great job!
