I used The Local Movers for a move on 5/29/26. Their crew arrived in a UHaul truck and what also caught me off guard was that they didn't seem to have any official paperwork or details for my specific move on hand. My credit card was charged over $500 more than the written estimate I received, items were damaged and I have yet to hear from this company regarding these issues. I WOULD NOT recommend using The Local Movers moving company.
Efficient movers yet sloppy work & careless with my expensive latex mattress. Removed protective cover from mattress and treated mattress like it was absolute junk. This was after I kindly asked them to be careful. Left mattress dirty with threads coming out. Absolutely frustrating. Did not put back bed frames properly. Lost items for my adjustable bed resulting in an adjustable bed I couldn't use until my husband found a replacement. Knocked blinds out of windows.

Deon, Todd, Dynasty, Luis, and Matt came in and immediately starting wrapping the furniture and loaded everything in a fantastic manner. They were efficient and did a great job! They were on time and incredibly friendly. They helped us move on Friday, July 3 when many people were celebrating a long holiday weekend. They never complained once and we greatly appreciated their help!
