The rating breakdown
1 of the 40 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Novak Piano Moving, LLC are one or two star.
Worked out from 40 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Des Moines
About the same as the middle of the 20 listings in Des Moines we can publish a rate for.

In their own words
I found Novak Piano moving after another "fishy" moving service in town cancelled on me. They had previously told me that the piano I was moving was too big and not worth the move and that he didn't have the guys to move my piano. I contacted Stephen at Novak and he was 100 times more professional. Geeat and prompt communication and fast service. He was able to move the piano with just him and one other and moved it from Des Moines to out of town without any issues. 100% recommend.
Thank you, Rebekah. Our pleasure to serve you. We're glad the piano will continue to get good use.
We found ourselves in a difficult situation of having a piano on a 3rd floor of an apartment building that we needed moved into our home. Novak Piano Moving not only safely moved the piano, but did it in the snow! The piano was a gift for a 5 yr old who was THRILLED to finally be getting his piano and the guys carefully moved and set it up all while this kid stared in wonder. They were so careful and kind and thoroughly enjoyed seeing the wonder in a young musician's eyes as his instrument was being delivered.
Thank you, JR. We are very pleased to be able to deliver the gift of music and education to your child. We hope you and your family enjoy this timeless instrument for years to come.
Novak Piano Moving, LLC was great to work with for our piano move. They were very friendly, organized, easy to schedule and communicate with, and a great value. They moved a piano for us from Newton to Des Moines and it could not have been a smoother or easier process. I can highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks again!
Thank you, Alisha. I'm glad the piano can stay in the family and continue to get good use.
We just had Novak Piano Moving successfully move my mom's 50+ yr old upright piano from a 2nd floor condo across town to a ranch townhome. Here is how they shine: - called us back in timely way and inquired about move details - provided a quote prior - brought an appropriate number of movers for job - kept in communication with us about their arrival time - very careful with our piano and safely carried it down 16 stairs - protected the piano with a cover during moving - harnessed the piano to stabilize while…
Thank you Tracy! Our pleasure. :)
