In their own words
This guy was AMAZING!! First off, he was INCREDIBLY PUNCTUAL!!! When is a contractor or other provider of home services ever on time, seriously?! He was well prepared, and very courteous. He did the job quickly, and professionally. Kept the floors clean in both houses, was easy to talk to, and generally seemed like a nice person. He even graciously accommodated my last min reschedule. 10/10 would highly recommend.
I had a great experience with John and Luke. They kept me posted before the day of the move as to when I might expect them, and then gave me ample notice of their arrival. Once they were onsite, they were so speedy, careful, and professional. John and Luke explained exactly what they were going to do, and then proceeded to do it. I am especially impressed by their courtesy and kindness - Luke met my two dogs and took it in stride when our big girl went into protector mode.
NW Specialty Moving is your solution! These guys are pros. I was contemplating how to get a pre-built shed that was a floor demo from CostCo floor into my backyard. No problem for NW Specialty Movers. Fair price, plenty of "know-how", and ingenuity and the shed was in my backyard in 2 hours. A thousand pounds and a tight fit made the job even more impressive. It amazed me how calm and fluid the movers worked together. They discussed each step of the process thoroughly and adjusted on the fly as needed.
I cannot recommend Luke enough. He was the only professional I was able to reach on the first attempt on a Sunday, and he responded very quickly to all of my questions from the beginning. Luke made himself available the day before Christmas Eve, picked up our 26-gun safe from a store an hour away, and delivered it to our home without any issues.
Thank you for leaving me a review! Indeed that was a tricky turn to make on that staircase, and I'm glad I was able to get it into place before Christmas.
