I would leave zero stars if I could. I hired this moving company a few years ago, and the movers were incredibly unprofessional. It was literally just a couple guys with a u-haul, I doubt that they even had insurance. The workers seemed like they might have been just hired off the street. They showed up several hours late, and then took an hour break in the middle without telling us (leaving us sitting outside waiting for them for an hour) They insisted i paid in cash (saying credit card processor was broken) yet…
Horrible move! Unorganized!! They broke family heirlooms, took my furniture apart and could not put it back together. Then had the audacity to request overtime pay for their incompetence!! Took furniture to an apartment and then did not want to set it up. I begin to help unload truck to expedite the process!! I’ll NEVER use these people ever!!!!

Tanisha, very saddening you would leave a dishonest review online. You called our company on the same day the company you hired did not show up and we came right away. In the moving business you would typically be charged a "same day service fee", you were not charged.

Jay , the owner, was responsive and professional ! He was able to take on my job with 2 days notice and he worked a miracle ! Not only did he empty an apartment with just one other helper with very short notice but he was cooperative and accommodating enough to add a second stop between my old apartment and my new apartment without any hesitation. He is a young , strong , professional who is admirable for his entrepreneurial spirit and incredible work ethic.
This company exemplifies the way small business is supposed to work. Great communication, show up on time and work to get the job done all at a fair price. Highly recommended.

Jay was extremely professional and reasonably priced. He came with a helper and all the equipment needed to move me from one house to another. I told him it would be about a four hour move but i was totally off because when they showed up he said it would take a lot longer with the amount of heavy furniture involved. That being said, they stayed until everything was moved which took ten hours! Throughout the whole move, he and his crew stayed positive and professional.

Moving is stressful. Not what is normal. Jay and his crew at Fisher made my move easy. Jay quoted a price up front that was very fair, stuck to a schedule, kept in touch during the whole move. They worked hard the whole time, taking better care of my stuff then I do. Jay was able to fit pieces of furniture into spaces that i would never thought they would fit. Great company that I do not hesitate to recommend ! Thanks Jay !!
