The rating breakdown
2 of the 30 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Ocean View Movers are one or two star.
Worked out from 30 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

What the complaints say
Moving goes wrong in a small number of specific ways. These are the ones reviewers describe in the low-star reviews we have read for Ocean View Movers, counted by matching the words they used.
- Crew conduct1 · 50%
Counted across the 2 one and two star reviews we have read for Ocean View Movers. A review can describe more than one problem, so these do not add to 100%. Each share is rounded on its own.
In their own words
The moving crew exhibited unprofessional behavior. Complaints include rude or indifferent attitudes, lack of care in handling items, and in some cases, movers taking extended breaks, which prolonged the moving process unnecessarily.
The company's poor communication. They reported difficulty in reaching customer service, unreturned phone calls, and a lack of updates about their move status. This lack of communication left many customers feeling anxious and uninformed.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
This is an excellent small company. Smart, strong, efficient, careful, fast, good communication, super friendly. Bonus: Amira is just a lovely person, and her gentlemen workers were delightful to be around. They went the extra mile in so many ways, even assembling a new table and chairs out of the box! They disposed of all the trash, and left everything shipshape.
We appreciate your kind words and are very happy we made your move so smooth. Moving you was an absolute delight.
They were able to help me out in a pinch, when another mover failed to show... and for a very fair price. Kind, courteous and personable and very prompt. Recommend 100%
I’m glad to be able to help you with your move. Thank you so much for your kind
I honestly was scrambling to find movers when I came across Ocean View Movers. I called a few days before and they were able to fit me into their schedule to move on that same Saturday. They were quick and efficient. Very affordable and very friendly. They protected all my valuables and made sure that I was well taken care of. They saved me the headache of the moving process and cut the moving time in half if not more. I highly recommend them for any of your moving needs.

It was an amazing experience with Amira. She’s really professional. Moving was a piece of cake as the whole process was simple and easy , I should call them white cloves as they handled the rapping, carrying, and leaves no trace professionally. Thanks Amira ! You really made my day. You and your team look were amazing! Packed, loaded and moved in one day! They worked efficiently all day. I’ve never seen such a great turn out with movers!
Thank you so much sally it was a pleasure meeting you and helping to move you to the beautiful home
