The rating breakdown
4 of the 45 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for The Storage Place are one or two star.
Worked out from 45 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
BEST STORAGE PLACE!!! The Staff is great. We rented 4 Different Units at this location over 12 years. Before we left, and while waiting for our son to decide where he would be going to College, we had to move more items over which resulted in us having to get a second unit. Wendy, kept us up-to-date on units available and found one almost directly across from our unit, which made it convenient when it came to bringing items over. We only had the second unit for 2 months, but it certainly saved us.
I get so comfortable with this place that this place was like my second home to me for about a year! I’m so glad I did my research and found this place, they gave me the move in special for 3 months (half off!) and the units were perfect for all my stuff. I’ve known people that paid more than double of what I did for smaller units and according to them the staff weren’t nearly as friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a very reasonable storage place :)
Very happy with this facility. Wendy and her husband manage the operation beautifully. They have been helpful and accommodating at every turn. Moving out of country has been a major challenge and it was a comfort to know that my belongings …
This place has held my late fathers and grand father’s tools for years. For the best price imaginable. I can sleep well knowing they take care of my stuff indoors and easy access. Would recommend to anyone.
Dear Austin, your kind words about our property really make us feel good. This is the entire goal of the storage facility to make sure tenants items are safe & secure. We appreciate that you took the time to review us and we hope you have a great Saturday! Look forward to seeing you again soon.
