The rating breakdown
Google shows 16 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
From scheduling to the actual move, seamless and professional. Kendal was so sweet and patient with me. The movers Gio and Eric were prompt, communicative, professional and FAST! They handled my furniture with care during an in home move of heavy furniture. They were done in record time. I’d recommend and use their services a thousand times over! Thanks offload team!
Briar and his team moved me with care and knowledge. Everything was well packed and arrived after the move with no damage. They were friendly, quick, clean, and cared for my items like they were their own. I highly recommend Off-Load Moving for anyone needing a move locally or out of town.
Hey Cindy!! We truly thank you for your amazing 5-star review! It's clients like you, that make our job, enjoyable and exciting! We Take Pride in Serving You!!
Off-Load moving company is an outstanding organization with professional and reliable moving crews. They were flexible on our pick-up and delivery dates as our closing dates shifted, accommodating us as necessary, which we truly appreciated! I can't say enough about the meticulous efforts they exhibited when moving our household goods, treating our items as they would their own items! The pride in workmanship and respectfulness of the move out crew and move in crew was particularly noteworthy.
Keith, it was our pleasure helping with the relocation of your belongings to your new residents! Thank you for your review and thank you again for trusting OFF LOAD Moving with your relocation!
Excellent service from start to finish! OFF LOAD MOVING CO arrived on time, loaded everything, packed what needed to be packed and successfully unloaded all in the same day. Kendal, Andrew J, Gavin, Jay, Jayson, Austin and Sam (who arrived at the end of the day to help the team) were professional, hard-working, and a true pleasure to be around!!! Their manners were impeccable, and their positive attitudes were a delight!! I highly recommend OFF LOAD MOVING CO anyone looking for hard-working, reliable movers!
