The rating breakdown
3 of the 38 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for OK Transfer LLC are one or two star.
Worked out from 38 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Wichita
5.5 percentage points higher than the middle of the 15 listings in Wichita we can publish a rate for.

Broke half of my stuff and stuff is missing and blamed it on the Alaskan movers when I watched the Alaska crew pack and CRATE my stuff, they broke the seal without my permission!! They have been nothing but RUDE through the whole process!! Told me for a week they would pick up the boxes and now (a week later) they are still in my yard and am being told they dont pick up boxes!! Will be sure to let military know to never use these services again!!
Mr Owens, I appreciate your feedback and would like to clarify a few of your attacks on our firm. OK Transfer did not pack your crates , nor haul your crates to Wichita, so please refrain from saying we broke all your stuff. Inaccurate information.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Great group of people to work with. Greg was very responsive and the gentlemen that performed the move were very professional and polite. Also very careful to not damage anything. I would use them again and recommend without hesitation. Thanks for a job well done!
We are grateful to hear you were satisfied with our services and appreciate the review. That feedback will be passed onto the crew members. Thanks again for your business!
The crew at OK Transfer did an amazing job for me this afternoon. I had a large object to move and most companies couldn’t do it. OK showed up on time and knocked the job out quickly and professionally.
Thank you for your great feedback! We appreciate the opportunity to serve you today and are for you in the future!
I cannot say enough how pleased we were with our experience with OK Transfer. We relocated a 2 bed / 2 bath home about 120 miles. The crew was professional, courteous, and worked their tails off from the time they pulled up to the old house to the time they last box was brought into the new house. They were particularly careful with our prized antiques. And there weren't any surprises when it came time to pay the bill - they were spot on with the estimate. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for future moves.
Nate is amazing! I was worried about an item of furniture not fitting in the elevator (or up the stairs) of the building we were moving into, so Nate came in advance to get specific measurements, made a cardboard template, and went to the building to test it out...before we had even hired them! That is a level of professionalism and foresight I have not experienced with any other moving company in Wichita. I would definitely recommend OK Transfer and we will 100% be using them moving forward.
Your feedback means so much to us, thank you for sharing! We will pass along to Nate and appreciate your trust in our services!
