Move went well, loading seemed to take longer than unloading They were on time...we asked for 3 movers and when they arrived they decided to go with only 2 movers instead of the 3 we requested. Would have appreciated the 3rd person. Also the driver hit my husbands truck when leaving and has been non responsive to the insurance company’s attempts to reach out to get the claim processed per their insurance company. The drivers side mirror is shattered and the wheel was hit and can not be driven.
Hello Amanda we called the insurance company before we left your house and we have already received an email that the claim was opened. We assure you that the insurance company will cover the damages to your vehicle and I truly apologize for any inconveniences.
My company was in a crunch, we needed to assist an elderly couple move to my place of business on Christmas Eve. The moving company we typically utilize was overbooked. I reached out to this company for assistance. Although, luckily, I felt fortunate that they were willing to help us..Now, I wished I would of rented a U-haul and done it myself. During COVID, we are required to screen anybody coming in our community. The owner refused us to take his temperature, check oxygen and pulse.
Jodi- your review is inaccurate and not true. My other helpers went inside one by one and did everything you asked them to do. We all 3 were wearing our masks, and when it was my turn, I allowed you to check my temperature and oxygen level, which I completely understand the need for this.
First off they have not responded to my request. I had my sister reach out. The guy answer the phone she gives him all the info. Then five minutes later he calls her back saying he can’t come to the pick up address because he has issue with public storage. So I call the manager ask them was issue or was any damage. The manager stated they never heard anything of that nature. Bottom line stop lying to customers!!!!! I have move my belings multiple times. It’s unprofessional they would lie and not be upfront .
Hi Crystal, first of all we want to thank you for hiring us 2 times in the past and be willing to hire us again for the 3rd time. But we did have an issue at the storage unit in Plano.
Not helpful at all for getting a quote “ respond to the company comment “ I called & what I got was the info on the website!!!nothing more and even the representative didn’t try to ask me what my needs were! Guess he doesn’t need customer... that person is not a salesman the funny part is when he read the pricing for me we had a long pause bc he even didn’t try to get me as a customer! I called bc of 4.9 stars which was surprising

This was by far one of the best moves I've had yet! I have moved a lot in my life and this was the 3rd move in less than one year, so I definitely should know!! I also moved 15 times in 17 years before graduating from high school, so I've seen a lot of moves!! These guys were so professional from the very first time I contacted them. I contacted them 2 weeks from my move date, and they answered my text immediately.

This was the best moving experience I have ever had! The Owner is responsive and cares about your concerns. He answered all my questions by phone and I didn't feel rushed at all. He showed up with his amazing staff and they took great care of our belongings from fragile items to a hospital bed that was my most concerned item. He personally disassembled and assembled it back together.

I chose this company based of its hight rated reviews. After the job was done well, the high review rate was proven to me. However, I’m writing this review because I think no one who used this company service might have experienced this. My master room mirror drawer broke during the move and I did not want to claim it to the company since, I thought the workers did a good job and they will be in trouble if I tell their boss.
