I strongly advise avoiding Omaha, Nebraska Moving Company. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a moving company. During my move, they damaged over $1,000 worth of my gym equipment, including my dumbbells. When I filed a claim, they refused to take responsibility, claiming there was "no proof" that they had caused the damage. That statement is simply false.
I’ve moved 4 times, and have never had an experience quite like Omaha Moving Company. They were over an hour late, with minimal updates on ETA that I had to repeatedly reach out to Antonio to get, and then two young guys show up who didn’t really know what they were doing. I repeated instructions to them multiple times that went ignored (please secure the moving blankets bought to the furniture with the ratchet straps I bought…didn’t happen, even though I asked more than 5 times and showed them where everything…

This company stole jewelry from me During my move. When I contacted the owner, he said he would ask the movers if something was “misplaced“. He then sent me a text dating he had my jewelry then sent me a picture of him holding my rings valued at over $5000. The owner then decided to play a game of cat and mouse for me retrieving my jewelry. This game went on for approximately three days when I finally called the police. My jewelry was retrieved.
We take this situation very seriously. I did personally apologize, as this does not reflect our standards. We communicated to ensure the items were returned, and there was never any intent to keep personal property. We understand how upsetting this experience was.
Terrible service. Did not show up on time. 4 hours late. I was told they would move and also put the beds together at the new place. This did not happen. Poor service. Cost was high. Would not use them again

Unfortunately, I have returned to edit my previous 5 star review. I was initially content with our move. The team was friendly and seemingly got the work done. However, one week later, I have settled into our new house and inspected my belongings. Each day I have found another item damaged beyond repair and my fury has increased. My biggest concern is not a single furniture blanket or pad was used to move our items. This has left damage to every single piece of furniture I own. Handles broken off my dresser.

I used this company to move into my new place in May. I picked them because they were the cheapest and you get what you pay for! I assumed that they would have moving supplies like tape, blankets, straps, etc like all the other movers that I've ever used. Nope, they had nothing and the truck they used a was rented. If you use them you'll have to take your furniture apart and wrap it up yourself.

Workers arrived with no tools. Waited for someone to bring. One mover did almost nothing the entire day and the other one spent most of the time trying to get the other to work. It took way longer than it should have. I would not recommend.

movers were good. they said they were tired and asked if they could finish the next day which i nicely agreed to and paid and then they left and never returned again. between that and lack of communication you should def go elsewhere!
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. However you only paid for the day during your move, you did not prepay. We also moved everything you listed and when the movers got there you wanted to add the whole house and that was not agreed upon.

Had a great experience with this company. The 2 guys that moved me came on time, communicated well throughout the process, and were very professional. I kept telling them that some of the stuff they were moving I was going to throw away, or was old and I didn’t care if it got scuffed, and they still reassured me that they would take care of my stuff no matter if I was throwing it away or not.

Cool movers, got the job done quickly. Gotta get some prep work done first (putting things in boxes, helping them out) but good price and cool people. Worked during a weekend and a snowstorm so definitely very available flexible people. Definitely recommended for anyone who wants affordable movers with good availability and willing to do a bit of prep work to make their job easier and faster (and your bill lower, charged by the hour about a buck fifty per hour in late 2025).
