RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! Crotchety old lady was very unpleasant and condescending when all I wanted to do was buy a beginners piano book for my 7 year old daughter. She practically went out of her way to make me feel stupid because I didn't have an EXACT book in mind. After I suggested that I would like it to be something fun and moderately easy just to "get my daughter's feet wet" she told me, and I quote, "Piano doesn't work that way, piano is like math." WELL, EXCUSE ME.

I’m a big Internet guy. I buy everything I can online. When it comes to the piano that I just purchased, thank goodness I didn’t. I knew about O’Neill’s and have always heard great things, but when I was in the market for a piano I came across them again online, and I got connected with the owner. Met him at the shop. And I just had the most wonderful experience. The scariest thing with any big purchase is making a mistake.

I had a great experience purchasing a piano here. I walked into the store unsure about what I needed. The staff was very knowledgeable and took care to make sure I got set up with the perfect piano to meet my specific needs. I was able to get my piano delivered quickly and with absolutely no hassle. I couldn’t recommend O’Neill’s any more highly. Update: I have since returned to O'Neill's and traded my upright Yamaha for a used Kawai grand. O'Neill's once again was a pleasure to work with.
We recently purchased a grand piano from O'Neill's Music House and are extremely satisfied with the experience from start to finish. Raph ONeill's technical knowledge and ability to explain those aspects of piano construction and function was impressive. In addition, having a pianist and piano teacher on staff, such as Katherine Jones, to explain the characteristics of the different pianos in terms of the music and musician was invaluable.
