RenoRelo Worldwide, via United VanLines was a huge mistake. At over $7,300 I was expecting so much more. Initially a person was scheduled to come out and see what we were moving but instead decided to do a video chat at the last minute, of which the audio was only one way so I didn't know if she could even hear me despite numerous attempts asking her to give me a thumbs up if she can, she could but just chose to ignore me.
David, we apologize that you were not pleased with the services. We strive to give all our customers a move that is as smooth and stress-free as possible, and we are very sorry to hear that this was not your experience with us. Please know that we will work to quickly resolve any issues.
Tl/dr: Run, don't walk, as far as you can from OneRelo! You are better off moving yourself, unless you want to be gouged for money, misled, and have to argue to even get them to move the things they are contracted to move. I never write reviews, but feel compelled to try to help others avoid this horrible company! My experience with OneRelo/RenoRelo was the absolute worst I've ever had with any company doing anything! Their communication is, at best, utterly incompetent. At worst its just deceitful.
This company opened my international shipping container lock without us present depsite clear requirements that we must be present. They charged us money that our flat rate contract with a broker was supposed to cover and improperly communicated with trucking company resulting in a chaotic experience and damages. The result is many hours documenting issues, reporting consumer violations, and filing reports with respective agencies. Stay away from this business.

My wife and I were recently tasked with the emergency relocation of family from Modesto, CA to Reno, NV. The OneRelo Worldwide team was the ONLY CALL I MADE. Rick Hosea and his staff heard the call to action and within a few days we had a bid in place, scheduled move dates and recommendations on the size of storage unit needed until living arrangements could be made. Rick took it upon himself to be in Modesto and do the walk through with us to make sure we weren't missing anything.

Josh King, Brian Patton and Sam Cruz showed up with a mask, as safety is the number one concern right now, and were completely professional and kind. Every detail was put in place with the upmost care and done in a quick manner! Could not recommend better movers then these 3!! Will definitely be using them in the future.
Had my HHG loaded by Ramos crew and very satisfied with packing and loading of my personal property. They went above what other loaders had done. Loaded and sealed crates in my presence. Would definitely recommend this loading crew.
