The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ELDERY PEOPLE AND SUB CONTRACT WITH SHADY BROKERS AND MAYBE YOU WILL GET YOUR STUFF... IF YOU COUGH UP CASH AND A 4% EXTRA CHARGE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE THEY WILL CAUSE YOU. DO NOT TRUST THIS TRAIN WRECK OF A COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOU STUFF TO BE DELIVERED AS SCHEDULED. OR AT ALL

Used this company to do a deep clean and remove anything that was left for prep on sale of a house. Not only did they NOT deep clean they didn't even clean or dust most of the spaces. The basement still had all its cobwebs and they left piles of dirt on the floor. They didn't wash behind the bathroom door nor by the toilet. The bathtub had brown stuff in it. The cupboards still needed to be wiped down after they left. Plus they took off after 4 days and left the dumpster sitting in the front yard!!
Phone calls with woman gave us a price that we figured we could afford. Through it all another fella called on a Friday evening, asked for an updated account of our things we were moving, barely any difference but I told the guy I wasn't at home at the time and needed to wait until Monday to get an accurate count. He said he couldn't wait he absolutely needed it right then. So I basically gave him exactly what I'd told the woman. He raised our price $2600.00 and said that's what he needed.

Unfortunately, this is another moving company that scams you out of your money. First, they quote very low so you agree to use them, and when they arrive, tell you there is way more than the estimate and charge DOUBLE what they said they would. They ruined my bed frame by dragging it on the truck, the material was covered in black tar and won’t come out. The most they agreed to return was $100 even though it’s ruined. Overall, a horrible experience.

Saw one of their drivers throw trash out of their moving car on Goyeau infront of a HOSPITAL at 1:20pm on March 21st. Disgusting way to treat the city.
