One of the worst experiences of my life. Anthony smooth talked the process and said they were not brokers and would take care of everything. Scott FaceTimed and inventoried all my rooms and counted the boxes in my garage and shed twice. He gave me a relatively acceptable price of $5900 and said he would see me in 3 weeks with an empty truck. Moving day brought a 2 star moving company ( Ocean Moving and Storage) past the 12 to 4 window they scheduled who said " you got a lot of stuff, that'll be $4000 more.

Horrible experience. Was quoted $2885 for cross country move to Washington state. Prior to the move I sent pictures of all unboxed items and the count of boxes. I paid the deposit after the move coordinator reviewed the estimate. I only paid an initial $100 and they agreed I would pay $1895 at pickup and the final $1000 at drop off. The movers arrived a day early, giving me 40 minutes notice. When they arrived, they informed me I was only allotted 550 cu ft of space and my items would take 1500 cu ft.

I rarely write reviews, but the exceptional service we received from Optimum -- and specifically Lorenzo and his team -- truly deserves recognition. Major life changes, like moving, are inherently stressful. Even though we were excited about our move, moving day felt daunting. Our belongings were headed to 3 different locations in a city 9 hours away, and I was incredibly stressed. Based on our realtor friends' recommendation, we hired Optimum for both packing and moving, and I'm so glad we did.

I truly can't say enough about the fantastic experience I had with Lorenzo and his team. I learned the hard way to NEVER call a mover that is a broker. They quoted me one number and then tried to almost double it 5 days before moving my entire family to another state. I reached out to a friend of mine and he recommended Optimum (Lorenzo). I called Lorenzo and he had his very professional team there the same day I had originally planned to move.
