DO NOT trust this place to store ANY of your things!! Our unit was broken into on October 10th we did get a call that they were suspicious that it was ONE of many that had been. We get there and confirm it was one of many. We called the police, did a report. She did share the videos with the police. We were told on the videos the people and vehicles were recognizable. Asked about giving us a couple extra days to empty out our unit as it is the thanksgiving weekend Was told they don’t prorate.
Hi Skyla, we’re truly sorry for the stress caused by the recent break-in and understand how upsetting this situation has been. As soon as we became aware of the incident, we reported it and fully cooperated with law enforcement by providing all available video footage and documentation.
Ridiculous access hours and Hella rude staff. I'd give zero stars if I could. It's a long story but save yourself the headache of dealing with this horrible person and go to public storage

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had a great experience with Osprey Storage. Denise has always been excellent about communicating with me regarding billing questions, unit information, and any other concerns I’ve had. She’s responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. The entire staff has been exceptionally friendly and easy to work with from day one. The facility is well-managed, and it’s clear that customer service is a priority.

Denise is always great to deal with and very easy to communicate with even when I was running late to drop a payment off at 10:30 pm she answered my calls and made Sure, I got the payment dropped off and safe . just all around great service I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a storage unit.
