In their own words
OML damaged a piece of expensive furniture during my move on Feb 8th. I want to add, I am not surprised that something got damaged, as we found them moving pieces uncovered and one wood piece was actually standing on a handcart with nothing on it. We have a picture of that one. My building also complained about them blocking stairwell doors, as well as being rude to them when asked to remove the furniture scattered throughout the lobby.
Three years ago, I gave a 5 star review for the flawless move conducted by the father and son team namely, Jean and Alex. Fast forward to March 8, 2021 and I had a different team consisting of 4 different people and it was the complete opposite of what I had experienced previously. My belongings were dropped and broken in front of me with no apology, furniture gouged, scatched, chipped and broken.

I have not used this company, but someone in my building did and the movers did not wear masks while in the building. After one of them started coughing, I reminded them that they were supposed to be wearing masks inside residential lobbies and their response was that they were fully vaccinated and so "the rules don't apply to us". Currently masks are still required in any public indoor setting, including residential lobbies regardless of vaccination status.
We have reiterated the importance of public safety at this time with all of our team member's, our apologies.
Job was to pack-up an apartment and move everything into storage. Tenant was not present. Here’s what happened: Improper or no packing of belongings.Art not properly handled. Items seemingly manhandled as many things were damaged if not destroyed. It’s as if they showed up without enough boxes or packing paper. Obscene drawings. The upshot, three requests for a claims form were refused. One word describes this experience: disgraceful
One of your driver's just about changed lanes directly into my SUV just now on Riverside. Maybe teach your driver's to check their mirrors before attempting to change lanes. Not a great start to the day.

terrible, rude. threw garbage out of truck on property, left mess in hallway, blocked residents. in 60 years I have never seen such a disrespectful display as what I witnessed today

This mover came to our back lane this morning to move my neighbour and parked with a wheel over the curb in the garden crushing plants. Laughed at me when i asked them to move

I have contacted this company on 3 different occasions. Left 2 voicemails and filled out their online form and I never heard from them.

Cody lead the amazing team of Amajah, Avery, Josh and Rob to move us from Ottawa to Sherbrooke QC and they were an absolutely outstanding team. Cody managed the team while Rob managed the packing inside the truck. Amajah, Josh and Avery moved the boxes and furniture with so much speed and agility that I was constantly taken aback by their speed, strength and skill. Cody wrapped each piece of furniture with care making sure that no surfaces were exposed for possible damage.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and my moving experience with them. From the well coordinated plan with Lisa to the great service on moving day with Adam, Matthew and Brandon, everything went smoothly, on time and well under budget! They moved the contents of my 4 bedroom house in storage to a newly purchased house. It was a full truck! Everything was well wrapped and they also took great care not to damage floors and walls, even with the most heavy and awkward pieces.

From the moment I contacted them for a quote, the customer service has been outstanding. Adam was very responsive and thorough. The team arrived on time September 25 to pack, and loaded the following day. Brock, Nebeel and Tristan were all very experienced and careful.
