We have recently moved from Ottawa to Mississauga. Prestige moving made our long distance disastrous. They are very unprofessional, they do not care about furniture at all. The day when we moved was one of the coldest days and they took forever to finish their work, they arrived late on their pickup day at our house. We already finished some of the work for them before their arrival. They disassembled our furniture and put lots of scratches and broke some of the stuff.

These guys deserve a 10 star rating. I have used 15 movers in my lifetime and these guys are top-notch compared to everybody else. The move was from Ottawa to Toronto and everything went so smoothly and professionally and pleasantly with these guys. The lady who took my first call was so friendly and polite. She also followed up so well. Their communication was timely and accurate. Azeer, who did the estimate, was just a really relaxed and cool fella… But extremely competent in what he does.

This was our family's first major move and first experience hiring a moving company. I have to say we had an excellent experience overall! Azeer was very friendly and quick to get in touch with. Our movers Moen and Waled worked tirelessly throughout the entire long distance move. They packed the truck with precision, drove throughout the night to arrive at our destination in Hamilton and unloaded and strategically packed our items in a tiny storage unit the next morning.

We had a wonderfully smooth move and amazing experience with Prestige Moving. We are thoroughly impressed! Ahmed, Matt and Ayoub were professional, efficient, friendly, kind, careful, and we even notified lots of mentoring going on amongst them throughout the day, as they helped one another out. I arranged a move with Prestige Moving Company - Ottawa. Moving us never easy.It's my first time to use their service. From the moment I asked for a quote, their Manager Azeer was quick to respond! He answered all my questions in a very professional manner. Gave me their quotes and made me it feel easy!
