Awesome customer service and support. Friendly and helpful. The prices are only a very few dollars more than others. However the premises are clean. Nice storage units. I like the service so far. If it continues they will have my service if ever need a storage again. I will be strongly recommending them to others
I stored my possessions at the Pacific Rim storage facility in Nanaimo for about four months. They were super helpful in getting the right size locker and helped me seamlessly move up to a larger size. The facility is clean and easy to locate. Service online and via the phone is super responsive.

I was lucky enough to get a unit in their facility, and when I needed a bigger storage unit, the transfer process and price adjustment was rapid, painless and effective. Well priced. The units are well kept, well lit and very clean. I felt safe leaving my belongings there.
