The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I have been parking my camper at Pack-It Inn for almost a year. Friendly and professional staff. Would recommend.
Thank you so much for taking the time to give us a review!
No need to write a book about this extremely great family owned storage business. I've had dealings with several storage companies over the past few years. And this place by far was completely different in a good way. I'd advise anyone using any other storage company in the Winchester area to reconsider your choices. This family definitely treats everyone like family not just another client paying for storage.

I've rented from them for a couple years and have had nothing but positive experiences. David is always incredibly nice and accommodating. The small price increases over the years have been reasonable and not excessive like some of the national chain brands. It's secure and kept up well. I highly recommend them.
Ryan, thank you so much for being a customer and for taking the time to share a positive review, it is much appreciated! Please let us know if there's every anything we can do to keep you a happy customer!
I've had my storage here for a few years and I couldn't ask for better people to trust with my small treasures, David and Sherri will work with you as long as you keep in touch with them and stay honest, Thank you both for always making me feel that I picked the right place 😊 …
