This was literally an all day move! Very unexpected! I had three movers. They took entirely too long to load up. I noticed later some items were damaged. They do not cover tvs being damaged and do not tell you until they arrive for the move. They actually placed my tv on the ground unstable and it did fall over face down onto the concrete. Thank God it must’ve been well padded because it wasn’t damaged! Walls in my home were damaged. They dismantled some of my wall art which was hand made and no longer fixable.

Hello, sorry to hear about your experience. We trynour hardest to be promp and give 3hr window appointments. 4pm is heavy traffic in Houston. We also explain expectation before you book and its outlined in your onboarding email. We do have a 2hr minimum which is due upon completion of the move.
These movers tried to scam me twice. They charge a flat service fee of $70 to come out & $79/hour from the time they show up, until the time they leave your new home. First, not the company, but the actual movers tried to scam me by saying "we are going to have to charge you for an extra hour because our office is an hour from the new house"... So I called their office and they informed me that this was incorrect, they only should charge from the time they get there to the time they leave.

I'll never use this company again. I didn't have much and they took forever to load the truck They also took forever to get to the next location and start unloading than wanted to charge for and extra hour. They also stole some of my things. Like I wouldn't notice that my bath and body works spray and plug ins was missing. They also was pulling my 65 inch TV down the hallway. Never in life will I use this company again no matter the location.

10/10 service, communication, and efficiency. I called the day before having to unload a trailer into a 1 bed apt on the 3rd floor. 3 guys pulled up ready to go, & moved quickly and carefully. This would’ve taken hours on my own in this heat. They’re hard workers and very kind people. Will definitely be coming back to these guys in the future!
Henry and his team were nothing short of amazing! They saved the day when we had to look for someone else at the last minute after being scammed by another company. The movers were had our 10x10 storage packed up in 20 minutes and and unpacked in our 3rd story apartment in an hour and a half! They were moving and working hard. They handled our things with care and I will definitely use them for any moves from here on out! Henry was upfront and honest and his team was communicative and prompt!!!!

I recently did a move over the past weekend from my apt to a storage and I must say this was easily the best move I’ve ever had. Although it was a small move the guys made sure to handle everything with ease. They made sure to handle my belongings with care and went above and beyond. They did not just throw everything into the storage unit they stacked everything up very nicely and still left some pace to move around. This service was a bit pricy BUT definitely worth it!
