In their own words
I used this moving company last year and, based on that positive experience, I decided to schedule with them again. Unfortunately, this time, the service fell short of expectations. I was originally scheduled for a time window of 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, but the drivers did not arrive until 5:34 PM. While I appreciate that the company communicated the delay, explaining that the previous move took longer than anticipated, such issues should not come at the expense of customer satisfaction.
I am very unpleased with this company. For starters, I was unable to book movers for a specific time but was instead given a time frame between 2-3pm.. I went ahead with the booking because of the great price and provided a $50 deposit. All was fine until the move-in day... I got a call at 2:30pm and Henry told me one of the guys assigned to help me move just sprained his ankle. He said to give him 30 minutes to find a replacement...
BUYER BEWARE When you use this company, you run the potential of having your personal information, specifically full name, phone number, and current address, shared on Google (refer to owner's response 06/24/2021). If it happened to me, what is stopping them from doing it you? Edited 07/01/2021 I recommend you do NOT use this company. I have never reviewed a company until this gross injustice.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! This was my first time using movers because I’m new to area and don’t have family or friends here. When they movers arrived I specially told them my most important thing is my Purple mattress that is less than a year old and cost 2k. I’m not sure what happened during transit and my mattress was ruined. I specifically told them I was not satisfied and request a discount. The owner denied and said it was my fault!
They have employees that are on house arrest. (The Driver) Instead of working on my PAID time , he was getting a phone number from a woman in my appointment complex. Cancelled my appointment 30 minutes to 1 hour AFTER my appointment. DO NOT …
Scheduled two dates as I needed them to load two containers for my long distance move. I was quoted a price of $150/h for a 3 men crew. First crew arrived on time and did a decent job but after they left I found half eaten apples and banana …
I gave them 6 days to make this right and still have no responses. Scheduling the move was easy, Henry confirmed they would reassemble any furniture the movers took apart and put my appliances back, movers showed up on time. The move out …
I will never use this place again, I had them move my daughter from a 1 bedroom apartment that should have taken less than 2 hrs. However I was charged for 3 hours they got there at 9am which was in the time they stated it took them about …

In their own words
Miguel and his team were on time, very efficient, friendly and extremely careful with everything. We definitely will recommend them with family & friends. Thank you!
Thank you
Highly recommend. Arrived on time, careful with our belongings and went the extra mile to help with a repair. Also communication was on point. Thank you Pack it movers.
I literally called Pack It Movers less than 24 hours from my move out date (my previously booked movers cancelled on me), and Larry and Marcus saved the day. They showed up on time; they were fast; they were efficient, they were prepared for any moving hiccup (we needed to stop at a storage unit), and they were a joy to brainstorm with. I will be requesting Larry and Marcus for my next move next year.
Thank you
The team was prompt and efficient in moving my daughter into her Austin apartment. They handled her belongings with care, ensuring no damages. Despite the summer heat, they swiftly carried boxes up to her third-floor apartment. I highly recommend Pack-it Movers.
Thank you
