My stuff was ruined and there was mouse poop all threw my stuff and when i let them know about it. they offered a free 15 days lol what a joke!!!!
Hey Bran, I'm sorry for your negative experience with the facility. We have changed quite a bit since you stored with us back in 2018. With third party pest control experts, we don't have any current issues with mice or rats. Hopefully your next experience with storage is up to your expectations.
Edit : seeing as you took nearly 3 months to reply , any concerns I had are null at this point. Thank you in advance for you care and attention to detail. Have a great season , best of luck.

We recently used Packing House Self Storage in Kelowna to store our furniture and personal goods and the whole process was absolutely seamless! Moving is stressful but Packing House was a big part of keeping it as painless as possible. The efficiency from Joyce at the front office, the cleanliness of the units, accessibility to the lockers and the communication was timely and courteous. I would highly recommend Packing House Self Storage to anyone looking for safe and impeccable storage. They are awesome!

I had a fantastic experience using this storage facility in Kelowna, BC. The staff were excellent—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The facility itself was spotless, secure, and well-maintained, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Its central location is incredibly convenient, and it's a great alternative to the big franchise storage companies. On top of that, the prices were excellent, offering great value for a top-notch facility. Highly recommend!

We needed storage for our belongings until we moved. The service was excellent, the storage secure and our belongings were safe. When we needed one more unit, they had one for us right away. When we no longer needed storage, we got our refund quickly after we dropped off the key. We highly recommend this place.

The storage unit was great but shout out to Joyce who is an absolute gem when it comes to customer service! She is prompt in responding to any emails or inquires. Was a huge help when I “moved in” and walked me through the whole process. Unit was clean and snow was always cleared for our convenience.
